1.) First, switch off your device or remove the battery and then insert it again.
2.) Now press and hold volume up + power for couple of seconds.
3.) When the android logo appears release the keys.
4.) Use volume up and volume down to navigate up and down, power button to select.
5.) Now select "wipe data/factory reset" and select "Yes - delete all user data".
6.) Select "wipe cache partition" and select "Yes - wipe cache data".
7.) To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
8.) That's it. Your phone is done reseting.
